The Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil) is a non-profit organization supervised by Brazil’s Federal Government. Established in 2003, during President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva's first term, ApexBrasil operates as both Brazil’s Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) and Investment Promotion Agency (IPA), driving the country’s global economic integration.
Aligned with Brazil’s national development policies — particularly across agribusiness, industrial, commercial, services, and technology sectors — ApexBrasil works in close collaboration with public and private stakeholders to position Brazilian products, services, and opportunities on the global stage.
